The Grainger Foundation, an independent, private foundation, has donated $5,000.00 to New England Institute of Technology in support of the college’s mission to provide students with a hands-on technical education.

“This grant will be used to provide scholarships to students in ذكذكتسئµâ€™s Associate in Science Degree program in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning, Heating and Gas Technologyâ€‌ said Robert R. Theroux, Vice President of Finance and Business Administration at New England Tech. “We will assist those students experiencing financial challenges in completing their degrees.آ آ  We are grateful to The Grainger Foundation for its generosity.â€‌

This donation was recommended by Jim Crowley, Branch Manager of W.W. Grainger, Inc.’s Warwick location. Grainger has been a part of the Warwick business community for more than 30 years as the leading broad line supplier of maintenance, repair, and operating products. آ â€œWe are proud to recommend the programs offered by New England Institute of Technology,â€‌ said Crowley.آ  “We understand the goal of the college to support those students with financial need.â€‌

The Grainger Foundation, an independent, private foundation based in Lake Forest, Illinois, was established in 1949 by William W. Grainger, founder of W.W. Grainger, Inc.
